Enrollment Requirements:

  1. Proof that the student is beyond the age of 16.
  2. Proof of high school graduation or equivalent.
  3. Non-resident and/or alien students must provide proof of residency and/or authority to earn income in order to receive cosmetology training and/or licensure in Ohio, as stated in the Ohio Administrative Code 4713-5-09.
